Jessica Lynn Riffey’s arrest was announced Monday. They said Riffey’s boyfriend, Jameson Burn, brought the paraphernalia to the house and also supplied the children with heroin to snort, according to the criminal complaint.
District Attorney Thomas Hogan said the family lived in a trailer in which numerous people were using heroin.
Riffey was charged with corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children and drug delivery. She is behind bars in lieu of $50,000 bail.

According to a press release issued Monday, on Thursday West Caln Sgt. Christopher Fries responded to Riffey’s home for a well-being check on a 14-year old girl.
Police found both Victim 1 and a 16-year-old boy (Victim 2) at the residence. “Injecting children… with heroin demonstrates a depravity that defies belief”. When questioned by police, Riffey allegedly admitted to injecting them no more than three times, while sitting in her bedroom, records indicate.
So by introducing heroin to teenagers whose brains are still in the developmental phase, Riffey endangered not only their short-term but also their long-term health.
