Chicago Bears inactives: Alshon Jeffery, Eddie Royal ruled OUT
Alshon Jeffery is out – again.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery did not practice on Friday, according to ESPN’s Jeff Dickerson. They both were limited participants in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, and both have been listed as questionable for Sunday’s game. Though Jeffery’s non-appearance doesn’t guarantee he suffered a setback, it still can’t be seen as positive news for a player that hasn’t seen game action since Week 1.
Eddie Royal (ankle) will miss Sunday’s game, too, leaving the Bears’ starting receiving corps with Marquess Wilson and Josh Bellamy.
Quarterback Jay Cutler is questionable with a hamstring injury but practiced and is likely to play through the muscle strain.
That means that rookie center Hroniss Grasu will make his National Football League debut Sunday.

The Bears inactives on defense include safety Antrel Rolle and defensive lineman Will Sutton. Harold Jones-Quartey will start in his place. He is listed as doubtful on the Bears’ injury report as he continues to deal with an ankle issue.
