Bears quarterback Jay Cutler walked to the locker room late in the third quarter Monday night after throwing an interception.

Cutler’s last pass of the game was an interception, leading to an Eagles touchdown. ESPN’s broadcast team speculated that he might have hurt himself on a third-quarter fumble.

Cutler’s mistake landed in the arms of the Eagles’ Nigel Bradham, who returned the ball 28 yards to the Bears’ 2.

The Chicago Bears, at one point during the 3rd quarter, seemed to be hanging in their with the Philadelphia. Cutler is tough but few quarterbacks can hold up taking that much punishment.

Cutler had a hamstring injury a year ago, but he missed only one game during a down season for the Bears. Either way, it wasn’t a very good night for him before he departed.

Cutler’s hand was examined by the Bears’ medical staff earlier in the game, but he continued to play.
