The Dallas PostThe Chicago City Council on Tuesday raised the legal smoking age from 18 to 21, levied a $6 million tax on tobacco products, outlawed retail discounts for the daemon weed, and banned the use of smokeless tobacco at all professional and amateur sporting events.
“It comes down to telling me what I can and cannot do”, Maddon said.
If smokeless tobacco is used at a sports venue, a first offense will result in at least a $250 fine. “So I’ll just have to listen and learn”. “I think a lot of people would be unhappy about it. People that have success like to stick to their routine and do things a certain way”. “It’s going to be tough to quit cold turkey”.

“Obviously, if they’re forcing me, I’ll have to force myself even harder to quick”.
“I’m into personal freedoms. Now if I know I can’t do it, maybe it’ll help me out”.

“But I’m into education; educate the masses and let everyone make their own decisions…so to tell me what I can and can’t do as an adult _ unless it’s illegal _ that’s something different”.
