The supplier of Chick-fil-A’s popular “Chocolate Chunk Cookie” has issued a voluntary recall because of the possible presence of peanut allergens.

A Chick-fil-A cookie has been recalled voluntarily by the company.
Glenn Wayne Wholesale Bakery said Tuesday the 7-Eleven Fresh to Go brand cookies are from batches potentially contaminated with peanuts and aren’t labeled with allergy warnings. You’re advised to throw them out if you have any, or return them to the company for a full refund. According to a spokesman for CSM Bakery Solutions, Dennis Murphy, some of the locations that the cookies were shipped to includes those in the state of Florida.
Due to this exposure the products could pose a serious or life-threatening risk to customers who are allergic to peanuts.
CSM recalled the cookies subsequent to a post-production assessment of the flour utilized in its cookies. “The cookies, from supplier CSM Bakery Solutions, may contain undeclared peanut allergens, the company said”.

The recalled products were sold at Chick-fil-A Restaurants nationwide.
