Those dubious distinctions came courtesy of the Ravens’ 34-14 loss to the visiting Kansas City Chiefs before 70,791 fans at M&T Bank Stadium.

“You’re not going to win games turning the ball over”, said quarterback Jimmy Clausen, who was intercepted twice.
For all the quirkiness of the play, it also represented a microcosm of how the Chiefs’ have morphed from a 1-5 start into a team that has won eight games in a row.
Tight end Maxx Williams and fullback Kyle Juszczyk caught five passes each and wideout Jeremy Butler grabbed three passes for 60 yards. As Allen fought for yards with a group of Ravens on his back, he fumbled, and it was picked up by Tyvon Branch, who took it 73 yards for the score.
But some new sensations felt even worse, including losing five home games within a single season, as well as enduring a season of double-digit losses (4-10) for the fifth time in team history and the first time since 2007. They covered the number in the first six games of the current seven-game win streak. Quarterback Jimmy Clausen had a 90-yard pick-six in the fourth quarter.
The Ravens did get a break when Aiken caught the 48-yard Hail Mary pass at the end of the half.
But Clausen’s first interception was the final blow to the Ravens’ upset bid.
“You don’t win football games when you turn the ball over”, Harbaugh told Smolka after the game. However, he said the Ravens’ three turnovers were the difference in the game.
Desperate times call for drastic measures and maybe that’s why the Ravens wore those disgusting gold trousers Sunday. “Just fight for the man next to you”.
“There’s only one Jamaal and we know that”, Reid said.
The Baltimore Ravens take on the Kansas City Chiefs today in a game on the NFL football schedule which sees one AFC team having uncharacteristically bottomed out amid a number of key injuries, and the other team having risen from the ashes of a awful start to climb its way back into contention. Kansas City also kept itself in the thick of the AFC playoff picture.
With the game tied at 7-7 with a little over three minutes left in the first quarter, Ravens halfback Javorius Allen took a handoff into a gang of Kansas City defenders. The Chiefs got into trouble and turned to their best defensive playmaker to bail them out.
“The Force Awakens” opening in theaters across the country last week, NFL coaches have fielded questions about the movie franchise at press conferences over the past few days, mainly so they can explain how they’ve never had time to see any of the films due to their football-centric lives. That extended a drive that ended with a season-best, 38-yard touchdown run by West.
Here’s a fascinating scenario: Even if the Broncos beat the Bengals next Monday night, there’s a possibility Denver could go into the season finale with a shot at the No. 1 seed or missing the playoffs altogether.
“My hat’s off to our guys”. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and the team’s head trainer Rick Burkholder both say the linebacker has not suffered any setbacks in his treatments.
Late in the first quarter, Baltimore’s Sam Koch ran up the middle on a fake punt.
“Anybody wants to criticize for going for it and being aggressive, have at it”, Harbaugh said.
The ability to get big plays is not restricted to the defense though.

His signature play, however, came on his fourth carry and West made sure to give full credit to those around him.
