Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles is doubtful for Sunday’s game at Houston as he continues to work his way back from surgery last season to fix the torn ACL in his right knee.

Both teams have designs on winning their division in 2016, and the Texans in particular have made great investment into improving their offense, why? That means there was time to rush the quarterback, and the Chiefs only recorded two sacks and five quarterback pressures (compared to the Texans’ four sacks and nine pressures on Smith).

The Chiefs are lucky to be 1-0 to start the season, needing a late rally to knock off the Chargers. Our NFL Insiders also like the Texans’ chances against that Chiefs defense.

Last Sunday, Kansas City Chiefs fans were upset; and for good reason. The Texans are trying to show they are a different team than the one that lost 30-0 to KC in the playoffs past year.

The Texans’ only touchdown came midway through the first quarter after the first of their three fumble recoveries.

The Chiefs fumbled the ball three times (almost four), leading to 10 points for the Houston Texans. Osweiler did have one handsome pass which looked like a touchdown again to Hopkins, but the refs decided it wasn’t a completed catch. Kelce had six receptions for 106 yards and two touchdowns in last season’s opener, added eight receptions for 128 yards in the playoff win in January. First off, Madden 17 ranks the Chiefs as a better team, with Kansas. including OLB Justin Houston (96), S Eric Berry (93) and LB Derrick****. Questionable: RB Jamaal Charles (knee). With the exception of a couple of big plays, the Texans offense was largely kept in check. Rookie wide receiver Will Fuller had an excellent debut catching five passes for 107 yards and a touchdown. “He can go get it, and they use him on some quick screen things, but I think the thing that jumps out when you watch him is his down the field speed”. They completed the biggest comeback in franchise history with a 33-27 overtime victory. Hill also had a 100+ yard return for a touchdown, but it was called back for a (very questionable) holding call.
