China’s Premier Li urges free trade talks with Germany

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang held talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel Thursday morning at the Great Hall of the People.

Li, who said China is willing to play a “constructive role” in resolving the crisis, noted that dialogue is the way forward.
