Chinese dominate medal count at Paralympics

Team Nigeria’s contingent at the Rio 2016 Paralympics have continued their impressive form at the games.

That was because for the first time Paralympics gold medals can be heard by visually-impaired athletes.

Earlier on Monday, Iran women’s national sitting volleyball team defeated Rwanda 3-0 (25-10, 25-19 and 25-18) in a Pool B preliminary round match. Through its sixth day, the Rio Paralympics have seen 132 world records fall, and 214 Paralympic records.
