Chris Brown has been released from jail on $250,000, this according to the LASD jail records.

“Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes”, Geragos said. “The allegations against him are demonstrably false”, Geragos posted on Twitter after the singer posted bail.

On Tuesday morning, police responded to a call around 3 a.m. from a woman who needed assistance.

The celebrity news website TMZ.com reported that several people were at Brown’s home Monday night but when uninvited guests arrived, Brown allegedly threatened a woman with a gun, prompting her to flee the home and call police. The robbery-homicide division took over the investigation and Brown emerged from his home after police served him with a warrant.

Earlier Tuesday, Brown, posted three videos to his social media accounts. “Good luck, when you get the warrant or whatever you need to do, you’re gonna walk right up in here, and you’re gonna see nothing, you idiots”. “I’m exhausted of. dealing with y’all”.

He contended he was asleep and awoke to the sound of the police and media outside. It was also reported someone threw a duffel bag filled with weapons and drugs out of Brown’s home, Lopez reported.

Brown went on a profanity-laced tirade on Instagram, saying, “Barricaded myself in my house?”

However, model Baylee Curran told the Los Angeles Times that Brown pointed a gun at her face.

Curren told the newspaper Brown threatened her when she was admiring diamond jewelry and told her and a friend to leave the house. Curran said she and her friend ran outside as one of Brown’s associates gave chase and hid under a neighbor’s SUV.

Brown was sentenced to six years probation and 1,000 hours of community service after he assaulted singer, and then girlfriend, Rihanna in 2009.

A week ago, he sought to invalidate a summons served by a process server involving a lawsuit filed by a life coach hired to help rehabilitate the entertainer’s image.

He spent 2½ months in custody, with US marshals shuttling him between Los Angeles and the nation’s capital for court hearings.
