Multiple police vehicles are parked at the scene.
The unwelcome guest ran out of the home and immediately called police.
Brown has a history of run-ins with the law.
But this is not the first time Brown has been involved in multiple legal problems since his felony conviction in 2009 for the assault of his then girlfriend Rhianna.
