She added: “I just hope he gets whatever he deserves”. “We examined – and the officers had me stand there and we filmed it as well – the jewelry and nothing was found to corroborate her statement”.

She claimed she was admiring a diamond cross neckless displayed by a jeweler inside of his home when he whipped out a gun and yelled for her to get out. “There were no drugs, that I’m aware, that were found in that house whatsoever”. TMZ says there’s also an issue with Curran’s Uber story-she had apparently been hiding from a Lyft driver the night she was at Brown’s for an unknown reason.

Geragos previously questioned Curran’s story, telling the Los Angeles Times: “It has become apparent that the allegations are not just false but fabricated”.

Known more for uptempo, R&B club music, “What Would You Do” is more of a dance track and showcases a different side to Chris Brown.

Brown’s daughter Royalty was not at the house when Brown allegedly pulled the gun, according to Geragos.

A source reportedly told the New York Post “50 promised Chris a big role on ‘Power, ‘ playing a drug dealer”. The lawyer reportedly said that there was no jewelry or gun found by the LAPD while searching Brown’s home.

Brown stayed inside his house while police waited for a search warrant, posting rambling messages on social media proclaiming his innocence and denying he barricaded himself in his “palace”.

Roughly one day after his release from jail on Tuesday (August 30) on $250,000 bail, Breezy uploaded a brief video to Instagram detailing his immediate plans.

Geragos said, Brown’s arrest on Tuesday for assault with a deadly weapon was a set-up by his accuser Baylee Curran, who he said, has ties to Brown’s daughter’s mother.

The model, who hasn’t responded to requests for comment from The Associated Press, told TMZ that she’s visited Brown’s home in the past and never encountered any trouble.
