As for whether Curran’s statements are truthful, Ray J responds, “Listen, I can’t say what’s truthful or not, because I have never seen that happen, and I was right there”.

Geragos spoke with the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday and provided further comment on the accusations made against Brown.

Police seized security surveillance from the home and did not find the jewelry described by Curran nor any guns, according to Geragos. The aptly named ‘What Would You Do?’ was released after Brown hinted on Instagram that a new tune was on its way.

Model Baylee Curran later told the Los Angeles Times that Brown pointed a gun at her face after he and another man became angry with her when she admired the man’s diamond necklace.

Curran’s call led to a day-long standoff between Brown and the police. “As far as I can tell, there were no guns found in the house”, Geragos said as he was giving a press conference.

Before sharing the track with fans, Brown posted a video of himself saying: “Yo. ‘This MF is going to go down and I’m going to set him up and say he was going to shoot me'”.

Following a freakish, hourslong standoff with police, the “Deuces” and “Look At Me Now” singer was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a woman called police for help during a gathering at his Los Angeles home.

It was reported today that Chris had been released from jail after posting a $250,000 bail.

This whole thing is so weird, and we don’t know what to believe, but Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, has the text and is working to authenticate it. “In a 2013 tweet, the siger wrote that he’d “done 6 months community service with police and the DA racist a—- crying to the judge that I didn’t do it. F– the SYSTEM!” “I don’t think he would have had that number of police officers out there and I certainly don’t think that any of you would be here”, Geragos said.
