Brown was released on $250,000 bail today, and while he has yet to make a statement following his arrest, his lawyer has stressed that the “allegations against him are demonstrably false”, while Ray J, who was present at the time of the alleged threat, has also spoken up on the events.

Beauty queen Baylee Curran told the LA Times that Brown had pointed the gun at her face after she had been admiring his friend’s jewellery.
The former Miss California contestant tells ET’s Jen Peros that she went to Brown’s house on Monday night to talk to him about potentially being cast in his next music video.
As far as pressing charges against the singer, Curran says she is “still debating”, but added of Brown, “I just hope he gets whatever he deserves”.
Curran fled from the premises and called the cops.
Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, arrived before police served the warrant and stayed on the property until Brown was transported for booking.
While they were in his driveway, the singer unleashed a tirade of profanity on Instagram, filming three separate videos that cursed off the police and proclaimed his innocence.
The upbeat dance number – which was released on his SoundCloud page Wednesday – opens with the lyrics: “I’ve got some questions, some questions for you / I need some answers, answers from you / What do you do, fighting for your life when no one’s on your side?”
“Detectives are now serving the search warrant and trying to get the occupants and Mr Chris Brown to cooperate with our investigation to find out if there’s any type of relation to what occurred this morning”.
“I went into the backyard and then, when I came back into the house, there was a new male in the home and he was showcasing these diamond bracelets and watches and diamond necklaces”, Curran explains.
A little after 5 p.m. PST, they took the singer into custody.
“And to react like that, so fast without really knowing the facts …”
According to TMZ, Ray J was actually handcuffed by police and had his BMW confiscated while they tried to figure out what the heck was going on.
