Chris Brown’s Attorney Mark Geragos Declares His Client Is Innocent
Brown eventually emerged and was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and released on $250,000 bail.

On Tuesday police responded to Brown’s Los Angeles home after a woman accused him of threatening her with a gun.
According to Geragos, police officers did not find any firearms, despite previous reports suggesting they found guns in a bag that was allegedly tossed from a window of Brown’s home. He was released from jail after posting $250,000 bail and his arraignment was tentatively set for September 20.
“To the best of my knowledge, during the entire time that I was there, there was no gun or guns found in that house whatsoever and no drugs found whatsoever”, he said, adding that police had acted professionally. “There were no drugs whatsoever found in the house”.
Brown has also faced accusations that were proven to be false, Geragos said.
“I fled down his driveway”, she said. Curran told TMZ she never sent it, and TMZ says they spoke to Safari, who said he had not been in contact with Curran since previous year.
Curran called 911 around 3 a.m. and told LAPD that Brown threatened her with a gun inside his mansion.
Curran said she feared for her life, but Brown proclaimed his innocence in a foul-mouthed video outburst, in which he slammed the police for making him a victim.
Curran, however, said that she never sent any such text to anyone that morning.
“If that text is true, then it gives great credence to what my client said initially which is that nothing happened and this was a set up”, Geragos said. But despite all the controversy and his recent arrest, many people, including celebrities, have come to Brown’s defense.

The former beauty queen allegedly sent a text to a man name Safari confessing that she is upset that Chris Brown kicked her out his house and is going teach him a lesson, TMZ reported. “In a 2013 tweet, the siger wrote that he’d “done 6 months community service with police and the DA racist a—- crying to the judge that I didn’t do it. F– the SYSTEM!” You know what I’m saying?
