Chris Brown’s Lawyer Insists Accuser’s Claims Are ‘Fabricated’
The 27-year-old singer – who was arrested and charged on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on Tuesday (30.08.16) – had been promised a part in the Starz show by his friend 50 Cent, but network executives put a stop to his casting because of his reputation.

Chris Brown has been in and out of trouble with the law since he assaulted Rihanna in 2009.
“What do you do fighting for your life?”
According to Rolling Stone, Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, released an official statement during a press conference yesterday (Sept. 2), in which he insists Curran is lying. He was released on $250,000 bail and will be arraigned on September 20. In the past, Brown has tweeted that Murray is a racist.
Brown’s accuser, later identified as actress and former beauty queen Baylee Curran, has said in a series of television interviews that the singer pointed a gun at her following a dispute over a diamond necklace that was on display during a gathering at the home.
She said she fled down Brown’s driveway after being asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement by Brown and his confidants.
“This is what I know, I know that I was there, there were as far as I can tell no drugs found, I know as far as I can tell there were no guns found in the house, I know as far as I can tell that he was cooperative”, Geragos said. In one of them, he says, “This Bitch was trying to steal something got kicked out then called the cops see”.
“[Police] were specifically looking for a specific type of jewelry – that was not found”, Geragos said, also claiming that none of the six witnesses supported Curran’s story.
He said members of the Los Angeles Police Department acted professionally and the responding officers’ behavior was “extraordinary”.
Geragos also questioned the motives of the accuser, who he claims has a relationship with the mother of Brown’s baby. Sent to an individual known only as Safari, the message has Curran admitting that she purposely set Brown up after he kicked her out of his house for insulting his friend.
“I do recall him taking it from his side”, she added, “so I don’t now if he was already strapped with it”. “Lol come get me”, the non-punctuated text said.

Safari, who may be the only sane person in this circle of insane, responded, “Really that’s f- up you ain’t going to do that your wrong if you do”.
