Royalty will be Brown’s seventh studio album, sharing its name with the singer’s 15-month-old daughter. Given the overwhelmingly sexual nature of Chris’ music, it’ll be interesting to see whether his new music will be a huge departure from songs that are centered on his playboy lifestyle and troubled romantic relationships.
I just wish Royalty gets the care she needs.
“My new album will be named ‘Royalty, ‘” the singer tweeted Saturday morning (Aug. 22). Although the 26-year-old crooner is in a heated custody battle with Royalty’s mother, Nia Guzman, he’s maintain a constant relationship with his daughter. “When it comes to me being able to perform and do this, it’s cool”.
If all goes according to plan, Royalty will arrive this fall to follow 2014’s X, a pop-R&B dirge where Brown seemed most concerned with and weighed down by his bad boy reputation. But an insider source revealed to E! The LP came out after his release. The first single off of the album, “Liquor” has been released.
