Geragos says that Brown “cooperated fully” with police and continually blasted Baylee Curran’s allegations.

“It has become apparent that the allegations are not just false but fabricated”, Geragos said during an interview with the Times.
Curran said she feared for her life, but Brown proclaimed his innocence in a foul-mouthed video outburst, in which he slammed the police for making him a victim.
While the police were still surrounding his home, Brown posted videos of himself complaining about the police on Instagram.
Brown, 27, was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on Tuesday after the woman, who has not been identified by authorities, called 911 from the home in the early hours that day.
The case as so far been filled with twists and turns with the latest being that Curran may have ties to Nia Guzman, the mother of Brown’s child. He was released on $250K bail and is set to return to court on September 20.
During an interview with the New York Daily News that took place through text messaging, Baylee Curran said she has “never been obsessed with him” or had any romantic feelings for Brown. He told Page Six, “Tune into “Power” next season, because you will see Chris Brown“. The arrest, which occurred outside the view of several news helicopters that swirled overhead and throngs of camera crews gathered at the bottom of Brown’s hilltop estate, marked the conclusion of almost 14-hour-long stand-off and investigation by police. According to TMZ law enforcement sources, the person behind Brown’s arrest was Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray.
“Chris came in, pulled out his gun and said, ‘I’m getting so sick of you people, ‘ pointed the gun at me, [and told me] to get the eff out of the house”, Curran said to Extra.
The Grammy-winning Brown has had legal trouble since his felony conviction in the 2009 assault of then-girlfriend, Rihanna.
