Chris Evans considering co-hosts for new series of vehicle show
The tweet has blown up the internet, quite literally, with thousands speculating that Jeremy, Richard Hammond and James May are to begin filming their new motoring series imminently. The trio revealed a series of photos on their social media channels describing it as their first day at work. It looks to be a blockbuster debut, with a comparison test featuring a Ferrari LaFerrari, a McLaren P1 and a Porsche 918 at Portugal’s Portimao circuit.

Clarkson, whose sacking sparked the exit of all three from the BBC, announced the news on his Twitter page.
Spokespeople for both Amazon and Clarkson have declined to confirm the name.
Top Gear’s production team was in the midst of finding a few privately owned examples of the cars to be used for the competition, but during the process, Clarkson made a decision to get angry and punched a producer, leading to his termination and the end of the project.
“We are going to do things differently, because we have to, we want to”, he told the Press Association.
“The second you wander off into the “Well I’m the main host, and this is my mate over here and my mate over here”… if there’s three of you, and you go and make a film together, suddenly you’re doing what they did”. The new show is due in 2016.
Could this news be a hint that Evans’s open auditions for new Top Gear stars didn’t turn up any promising new candidates? Because they were brilliant at it. I’m not going to do that.
