It should come as no surprise, then, that car-savvy Ramsay handily beat Eisenberg on the new track in Top Gear’s new rally vehicle.
Top Gear host Chris Evans insists the revamped show is a hit despite British bookmakers slashing the odds on his sacking. “The best bit in the whole show was Matt hooning about in the Nomad”. Unless I am unlucky and change the channel by accident I will not be watching the new Top gear, there is NOTHING top about it, not funny.not informative and it has Chris Evans?
The relaunch of BBC Two’s Top Gear is presently facilitated by Chris Evans and Matt LeBlanc. One observer noted that this was the lowest overnight ratings for a season debut of the show in a decade. FACT. Won its slot. These episodes averaged more than 6 million viewers.
Evans tweeted tonight: ‘More bad news for the Top Gear haters: consolidated figures for the first episode of the new series have now past 5.6 million and counting’. “FACT. These are THE FACTS folks”, the television personality wrote Monday.
Yeah Top Gear wasn’t great.
One of the show’s main hosts, Chris Evans, had said he’d be “disappointed” with anything fewer than five million viewers for the debut instalment (as a point of contrast, the previous series, headed by Jeremy Clarkson, drew 5.3 million last summer). A couple of months ago, there was tension, as Evans and LeBlanc were reportedly feuding before the first episode even came close to hitting the airwaves. Under their tenure, the show didn’t just succeed with United Kingdom audiences-it built up a global cult following with fans either watching it on local broadcasters or more commonly via Internet piracy.

“They asked me if I wanted to be a host”, LeBlanc told Entertainment Weekly in a recent interview. This segment really allowed him to show off his driving skills, and also gave us another glimpse of the Stig as he helped LeBlanc make his final escape.
