Christian Pulisic admits being big Man Utd and Rooney fan
Pulisic is now on global duty with the United States and revealed to ESPN his passion for Liverpool’s bitter rivals United and his love for their talisman Rooney.

The 17-year-old American was at Dortmund when Jurgen Klopp was in charge though, and our manager is so impressed with the playmaker’s talents that he wants to bring him over to Merseyside.
Christian Pulisic has become the youngest player to start a World Cup qualifier for the United States. I wouldn’t say I’m a similar player, though.
‘I hear about it. I have social media. His passion for the game is something you don’t see much.
‘But I don’t let it affect me or how I’m playing at the time. “That was what I loved about him”. I think he’s just looking at every day in training and how we’re performing at the moment.
‘It’s a huge club with a lot of good players, so I’m just fighting for my position in the team’.
Pulisic has made nine Bundesliga appearances already, scoring twice, while he also has three goals in eight global matches for the USA.
Pulisic added to his burgeoning reputation again on Tuesday night as, once again, he starred for the United States senior side. The youngster is going to find it tough to get chances in Dortmund’s first team this season, as they have bought Mario Gotze and Andre Schurrle.

However, as reported by The Sun, the German tactician missed out on his target in the summer transfer window, but it looks as though he would prefer Manchester over Liverpool anyway.
