Christie Brinkley and daughter Sailor Brinkley Cook are the latest celebrities to take heat from online trolls and, just as many before them, the the mother and daughter celebrities are standing up for themselves.

“To new beginnings!” she posted to Instagram alongside a photo of her name tag. The proud mom explained what they were up to in the caption by typing, “Brinkley Moving Company! She’s average looking at best”, one user wrote. The two clearly have the same hair, eyes and smile. I’m just a person figuring out what I want to do and what makes me happy.
The move isn’t just a big milestone for Sailor, but also for her mom.
Another harshly opined that Brinkley’s daughter other daughter Alexa Ray Joel – who she shares with legendary musician Billy Joel – was “actually prettier” than Sailor.
For Sailor and Christie, the drama started when the younger Brinkley shared a picture of herself and the internet began rating her like a piece of meat, judging the 18-year-old girl and harshly comparing her to her mother.
Both mother and daughter wore matching outfits as Sailor moved out of the family home to attend Parsons School of Design in New York City. Brinkley Cook said that was “not only stereotyping a scholastic community but is just plain incorrect and rude!” In her interview, she said she hoped to study photography.
