A public memorial service was scheduled for later Friday night. No one is permitted to bring a bag into the church.

The couple, both 24, said they’ve been fans since Grimmie launched her YouTube channel as a high school student. Authorities say she apparently had no personal connection to the man who shot her and then fatally shot himself after being tackled by her brother.

Orlando Police identified singer Christina Grimmie’s shooter as 27 year old Kevin James Loibl.

Before she gained fame as a contestant on The Voice, Christina Grimmie was known as a YouTube star, whose musical covers racked up millions of views.

Grimmie’s brother Marcus spoke out about his sister earlier this week during a vigil for the slain singer.

Grimmie lived in nearby Evesham Township, about 20 miles from Philadelphia, before moving to Los Angeles in 2012.

Grimmie finished third on “The Voice” in 2014.

He wrote on Facebook: “I found out this morning that Adam Levine personally called my mother and said he will pay for her funeral and her plane flight, and I was blown away”.
