Christmas “Peanuts” Stamp To Go On Sale Thursday

The U.S. Postal Service is selling booklets of Charlie Brown Christmas Forever stamps to celebrate the 50th anniversary of “A Charlie Brown Christmas“.

The series of stamps will be available for purchase Thursday, October 1.

Peanuts fans are encouraged to share their excitement about the stamps on social media using #CharlieBrownStamps.

“It’s very popular, and we’re very excited to be bringing these stamps to the marketplace for the upcoming holiday season”, Betts said.

Written by Cornelius Uliano with Schulz’s sons Craig and Bryan, The Peanuts Movie is produced by Paul Feig and features the voices of Noah Schnapp, Hadley Belle Miller, AJ Tecce, Noah Johnston, Venus Schultheis, Alexander Garfin, Francesca Capaldi, Mar Mar, Mariel Sheets, Rebecca Bloom, William Alexander Wunsch, Anastasia Bredikhina and Madisyn Shipman. “It will be a great joy to see these iconic images when I open my mailbox this holiday season”.

A Charlie Brown Christmas” first aired on December 9, 1965 and has been a holiday favorite among the young and young at heart ever since. All were designed by Alexandria, VA-based art director Antonio Alcala.
