He and co-host Steven Sabados have been a couple off camera for more than 25 years. “We extend our deepest sympathies to Steven, family, friends and colleagues; our thoughts are with them all”, the memo reads.

A new season of Steven and Chris was slated to premiere this fall.

There has been no word on how Hyndman died. The pair got their start with the 1992 launch of their design company, The Sabados Group. The death appears to be sudden as the duo posted a photo of themselves on vacation just two days ago.

The cause of his death has not been released.
