LAS VEGAS (AP) – The lawyer representing “Pawn Stars” reality TV star “Chumlee” says he’ll fight felony weapon and drug charges – and sex assault allegations if they’re filed.

Russell’s “Pawn Stars” co-star Rick Harrison told FOX411 Thursday morning the cast mates were still piecing together the information surrounding Russell’s arrest.
The 33-year-old “is facing 19 drug possession charges and one count of possession of a gun by a prohibited person”, the Las Vegas Sun reports.
Production wrapped February 24 on the 12th season of Pawn Stars, which quickly became The History Channel’s most popular series after its June 2009 premiere. Russell has yet to be booked on any sexual assault charges, but according to a spokesperson for the Las Vegas Police Department, the investigation is still ongoing and he is still considered a suspect in the case. A follow-up voicemail message was not returned.
Chumlee, known for his reality show antics and presence in the Las Vegas party scene, was arrested earlier this week.
