Remix OS has been putting Android 5.1 on PCs for only half a year, but now users can upgrade their devices to Android Marshmallow.

The Remix OS brings all the features that an Android OS features, along with its own key features that separates it from the rest.
Changes in version 3 of Remix OS include significant improvements to the way windows work, with Jide now granting users the ability to resize windows from any corner of one and simply click one button to adopt an app’s default layout and size for more enjoyable viewing and operating. While Chrome OS is a primarily web-only OS that is now gaining support for native Android apps. Remix OS is an pure Android, with slight modifications to its UI.
Remix OS has another advantage, this OS is closer to the community compared to Chrome OS.

However, Google, a major company that also happens to develop Android (which is the core that Jide built the Remix OS upon), backs Chrome OS.
