Claudio Ranieri: Leicester are a Cinderella story
Italy’s Prime Minister Matteo Renzi says he is going to put Claudio Ranieri forward for an honour after he guided Leicester City to the Premier League title.

They defended, attacked and chased in the midfield in a dogged fashion to become the toast of people around the world who love to support sporting underdogs.
Leicester have used only 18 players in their starting lineups this season, two fewer than second-placed Spurs while seven of his players have started 32 or more games. I said: ‘Great, why not?’
“I want to improve the squad without big stars, but the right players”.
Jamie Vardy will make his return from suspension for Leicester’s title party against Everton at the King Power Stadium on Saturday Night Football.
“How many years after Nottingham Forest (in 1978) and Blackburn (in 1995) have another team won?”
Everton manager Roberto Martinez is not convinced that Leicester City’s Premier League title triumph will herald a new era in English football.
“I would like to go around the city maybe with the black glasses to see what happens because it is wonderful”, Ranieri said of the mood in the East Midlands.
To ensure this season isn’t a one-off taste of glory at the highest level, Leicester will have to protect stars from 22-goal Vardy to winger Rayed Mahrez from the grasps of wealthier clubs. “It gives us 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years of being able to say, “Leicester 2016, just remember Leicester 2016”.
Chelsea are ninth on 48 points and visit Sunderland and Liverpool before finishing the season at home to champions Leicester, managed by their former coach Claudio Ranieri. “We have to bring some good players but who arrives must have the same spirit”. They will lift the Premier League trophy after that game, no matter what the result.
“The emotion was at the maximum level”, Ranieri, who was sacked from his last job with Greece in 2014, said before training.
The Italian has led the Foxes to a shock title win after being 5,000-1 at the start of the season and they finish the campaign at Stamford Bridge on 15 May. He was so happy (about) what we were doing in Leicester. He said: “I would like to come and sing something”.

“I am going to try and hold back the tears, it is going to be very emotional, it is the biggest moment of my life”, Morgan said.
