Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon’s National Football League career has taken numerous twists and turns over the past four years, starting with his decision to enter the 2012 Supplemental Draft.

DOLPHINS: Defensive end Dion Jordan has been reinstated by the NFL on a conditional basis after sitting out last season for his latest violation of the league’s substance abuse policy.
Gordon will serve a four-game suspension to start the year, but is eligible to return for the same game that Tom Brady will come back from his four-game ban – for a different reason, of course.
The Browns brass of Executive Vice President of Football Operations Sashi Brown, Chief Strategy Officer Paul DePodesta and Head Coach Hue Jackson addressed the media Thursday ahead of the team’s first practice. “But I still want to get out here with our players because all of them have to earn a starting spot as we move forward”.
Jackson has said he’ll name a starter before the team plays its first preseason game, and since the spring it’s seemed like Griffin’s job to lose. That kind of talent is what the Browns are hoping to get in 2016, although it remains to be seen if that year was just an anomaly.
Josh Gordon has also been linked with the Dallas Cowboys.
“Those are things you research before signing those guys”, Pederson said. Brown and Jackson were emphatic about their support for Gordon, but they both said it is up to Gordon to hold himself accountable.

Griffin is expected to win the starting job over veteran Josh McCown and rookie Cody Kessler. Griffin said House worked with his footwork, stressing consistency on every drop. I know he’s a big brother in that regard. “But I think we’re not at that point yet”. He looks out for me. If [Jackson] asks me to stand up in front of the team and present something, I’m going to present something.
