Following an all-clear (which means, you’re meeting the basic food code requirements) from health officials, the Chipotle location linked to over 140 norovirus illnesses is all set to open.

Boston’s Inspectional Services Department told ABC News the restaurant was disinfected and almost all of its employees tested negative for the virus. The manager who allowed the sick employee to work has been dismissed, reported the Boston Business Journal.
“We are going to release the hold on their license effective tomorrow morning, so if they choose to reopen tomorrow, they can”, Inspectional Services Department Commissioner William “Buddy” Christopher Jr. told the Herald last night.
More than 130 Boston College students reported gastrointestinal symptoms after they said they ate at the Cleveland Circle Chipotle this month.
The Chipotle chain has been under fire nationwide in recent months after an E. coli outbreak sickened dozens of people in the Pacific Northwest, with similar incidents in several other states.
Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. spokesman Chris Arnold says the Denver-based company is resupplying the restaurant.
Mayor Marty Walsh’s administration says the Chipotle near Boston College passed inspection Wednesday and can reopen Thursday.

Norovirus was blamed locally, but it’s E. coli that’s made people sick at Chipotles across the nation. All employees at the restaurant, she added, have completed a food safety training program.
