Clinton accuses Trump of flirting with racism
Clinton offered specific examples.

Trump: Or maybe she’s lazy.
Instead, she offered a strident denouncement of Trump’s campaign, charging him with fostering hate and pushing discriminatory policies, like his proposed temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States. “He’s taking hate groups mainstream and helping a radical fringe take over one of America’s two major political parties”.
The speech represented a deepening of Clinton’s strategy of separating Trump from the rest of his party.
“She is a bigot”, the GOP presidential nominee said Thursday, repeating his accusation from Wednesday’s MS event to Anderson Cooper while appearing on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360.
“This is not conservatism as we have known it”.
Clinton said she doesn’t expect any more political distractions to arise from her use of a private server. Anderson continued, trying to get him to define why exactly he’s choosing to call Hillary a bigot – such an inflammatory word – when she so clearly isn’t.
Clinton released a video on Thursday ahead of her Nevada speech tying Trump to white supremacist groups. It was meant to pre-empt Trump’s halting attempt to soften his image among both racial minorities and the moderate suburban voters who dislike how he has treated them.
Trailing in nearly every swing state, he signalled this week that he is thinking about abandoning his key promise to deport all 11 million illegal immigrants. Clinton needs to retain support from black and Latino voters to win the November 8 election, the same coalition that helped propel Democrat Barack Obama to the White House in 2008.
“It’s the oldest play in the Democratic playbook”, Trump said. “A few words on a teleprompter won’t change that”, Clinton said.
“I’ve always had great relationships with the African American community and now I’ve made it such a focal point”, Trump said.
The speech was described as effective by anti-Trump Republicans.
Naturally, you might be hesitant to take Clinton’s word for it-she is running against Trump after all.
Clinton also responded to what she called a “fair question” from host Joe Scarborough as to why the Clintons are not transferring the foundation’s work to other nonprofits to ensure there’s no potential for conflict of interest if Clinton were elected.
Hillary Clinton has a new television ad that reiterates her message that opponent Donald Trump is a bad bet for the African-American voters he is trying to woo.
“It’s a exhausted, disgusting argument”. “It’s the last refuge of the discredited Democratic politician”.
“Hillary Clinton is a bigot who sees people of colour only as votes, not as human beings worthy of a better future”, the Republican presidential nominee told his supporters in Jackson, Mississippi.
He told WCVB he supports Trump’s conservative stance and rejects any suggestion he is racist.
