The Rev Dr Pamela Saturnia pulled no punches yesterday as Mr Trump sat in the fifth row at the First Presbyterian Church in the city of Muscatine.

Religious voters are a major factor in the opening contest on the presidential nominating calendar, and Trump has been working hard to build his appeal among them.
The service, which Trump’s campaign invited several reporters to observe, included hymns, readings and a performance by the children’s choir.
At one point, Trump shared a prayer book with Debra Whitaker, an Iowa supporter seated to his right.
Speaking at a rally at Faith Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa hosted by super PACs, the conservative radio host said, “I am here to announce that I am officially endorsing Ted Cruz to become the first Hispanic president of the United States, the first first-generation president of the United States, the most conservative president of the United States since Ronald Reagan”.
In the absence of recent polls, some analysts and party activists say they believe that Cruz has an edge in Texas because he is a a home-state senator and has entrenched support from conservative activists who helped him win the 2012 Senate race.
“I could stand in the middle of 5 Avenue and shoot someone, and I wouldn’t lose voters, okay?”
See Trump’s weird proclamation below. “It’s time to give up”, Trump said, noting that he only mentioned Bush because of the negative ads.
She echoed his catchphrase from The Apprentice as she told worshippers: “Can you imagine eye telling hand, “Get lost, I don’t need you” or hearing the head telling the foot, ‘You’re fired, your job has been phased out?'”.
Trump declined to clarify his comment when CNN asked him about it. It’s clearly not a serious assertion, but it’s still inappropriate, because the president should at least pretend to take the act of killing someone seriously. “I will let Donald speak for himself”, Cruz says. “I have people nearly everyday asking for Trump signs”.
“Somebody has to say what’s going on”, he said roughly 15 minutes into an hour-long speech at Muscatine High School, before referencing the September 11, 2001, attacks and the San Bernardino, Calif., shooting in December.
Cruz has portrayed Trump as an unscrupulous businessman who favors seizing private property so his casinos can thrive.
Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani told The Washington Post that he preferred Trump to Cruz.

He may not be your favorite pick for a presidential candidate, but Republican front-runner Donald Trump sure knows how to deliver headlines. We’ve struck a chord with evangelicals, the Tea Party. “Now I don’t think the church knew I was coming so maybe it was just by luck that we talked about humility”.
