“All indications are that he is in communication with us, he is interested in outreach to the Hispanic community, and he is interested in the plight of our constituencies”, he added. “It has been painful, it has been slow”.
If Kaine ends up being punished for playing by rules of a system that voters now condemn, “that’s where the public is”, Penniman said.

Responding to reports that Trump kicked a crying baby out of a rally in Northern Virginia, Kaine said: “Sometimes you wonder who the baby is”. “We did very well”, he said.
Kaine is expected to speak at the office opening. “But Virginia voters do recognize him as the political chameleon he has become”.

“Donald Trump, on the other hand, he not only doesn’t want to do immigration reform, he wants to kick a whole lot of skilled people out of the country”, Kaine said. That wasn’t a picture of the United States.
