Clinton Calls for Unity to Face Challenges
In a fiery, passionate and at times amusing speech, Granholm made clear that unlike Donald Trump, Clinton has actual detailed plans to create good-paying American jobs, protect our children’s health and build the economy of the future.

Remarking on Donald Trump’s reliance on fear, Hillary Clinton quoted President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s famous fear quote that he gave during the throes of the Great Depression. But the same would be true of those who watched Trump’s speech online last week.
He said Clinton “cannot even say the words” radical Islam, while accusing her in another tweet of “unleashing destruction, terrorism and ISIS across the world”.
After the event, Clinton and Kaine set off for a three-day bus tour through Pennsylvania and OH, where she said they would visit places “where people are making things”.
During her speech, Clinton said the country was at “a moment of reckoning”, presenting herself as the responsible choice for president instead of Trump.
“I believe that when we have millions of hardworking immigrants contributing to our economy, it would be self-defeating and inhumane to kick them out”, she said thus vehemently opposing the move of the rival Trump campaign to deport illegal immigrants.
Hillary Clinton’s functional but effective acceptance speech on Thursday night exemplified the promise and perils of her presidential campaign to defeat Donald Trump.
As she prepared to deliver her speech, people familiar with the matter said the FBI is investigating a cyber attack against another Democratic Party group, which may be related to an earlier hack against the Democratic National Committee.
“Don’t let anyone tell you that our country is weak-we’re not”, she declared, in a thinly veiled jab at her opponent.
You didn’t think Hillary was going to make it to her victory lap without rubbing Trump’s face in it, right?
Hillary Clinton is on the campaign trail, after a historic Democratic Party National Convention.
Clinton didn’t assure these people she’s going to help them by telling them we’re stronger together.
“She told me how badly she wanted to go to school – it just didn’t seem possible”. The effort to portray Trump as unfit for the presidency carried over, too.
In her first post-convention appearance, Clinton pressed the notion that the nation had “made progress” economically and that under her, it would further improve. Clinton said she came to a home where a young girl in a wheelchair was left home alone.
“He’s taken the Republican Party a long way, from “Morning in America” to Midnight in America”, Clinton said.

Hillary Clinton declared her belief in science. She pledged to oppose “unfair trade deals”, “make college tuition-free for the middle class” and “get money out of politics” by overturning the Citizens United Supreme Court decision.
