Clinton calls Trump too unsteady to be president

As the old mantra proclaims: “Do as I say, not as I do”. Donald Trump on Thursday announced plans to visit early next week, overlapping with a scheduled visit by Bill Clinton to campaign on behalf of his wife in the cities of Espanola and later Albuquerque. Trump’s opponent continued, “Based on the way he has behaved and how he has spoken and the policies he has… thrown out there, I think it adds up to a very troubling picture”. The takeaway is that both candidates are viewed as “deeply flawed”, so much so that Libertarian party candidate Gary Johnson takes 10 percent of the vote in a three-way race. She’s right, of course, and by refusing to say it directly and provide ample examples of abject ignorance, temperamental unfitness and authoritarian aspirations (e.g, . ordering the military to commit war crimes), Trump’s Republican rivals dropped the ball.

“He’s good at dominating the news cycle and changing the news cycle to fit his purposes”, said Rick Tyler, former communications director for Texas Sen.

Sanders, who’s coming off a victory in the OR primary and a close loss to Clinton in Kentucky, is hopeful that a victory in California’s June 7 primary election will strengthen his position in this summer’s Democratic convention. Sanders would also lose leverage in influencing the Democratic Party’s platform if he stopped working to accumulate delegates. Sanders supporters accused Lange of stacking the rules against them.

Democratic leaders are concerned about party unity after a clash between officials and Sanders supporters at a party convention in Nevada over the weekend. “He just got mad at me because some of the criticism that I’ve made of his legislative record”. Trump asked, referring to the allegations against the former president.

But Weaver said on MSNBC on Wednesday that “clear structural impediments” block the rise of insurgent candidates like Sanders and prevent new voters from joining the party.

The Quinnipiac survey found that Senator Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., performs even better against Trump than Clinton, with the senator leading the real estate tycoon by 49 percent to 37 percent.

That hasn’t gone unnoticed by Trump.

Biden also refused to blame Sanders for an outbreak of violence from his supporters at Saturday’s Nevada Democrat state convention.

In recent days, Trump has begun to suggest that Sanders should mount a third-party campaign. He simply wouldn’t have gotten enough attention from the media if he ran as an Independent.

Trump later in the afternoon shot back in a statement, saying, “The fact that Hillary thinks the temporary Muslim ban, which she calls the “Muslim ban”, promotes terrorism, proves Bernie Sanders was correct when he said she is not qualified to be President”.
