Clinton campaign fundraises off Christie’s ‘witch trial’ of Hillary
He said: “She dropped the ball on over 400 emails requesting backup security”. Naturally, the most politicized Justice Department ever won’t prosecute the incipient Democratic presidential nominee but Gov. Christie showed how, all other things being equal, Hillary Clinton will be tried and convicted in the court of public opinion.

Mr Baldasaro told The Independent: “They can investigate all they want”.
“I think her extremely careless handling of classified information, to use Federal Bureau of Investigation director Jim Comey’s term, disqualifies her from being president, but I think the way to handle that is to let the American people make the choice and render their verdict this November”, Cotton said.
Also Wednesday, WMUR reported that the chairman of New Hampshire’s Democratic party called for Baldasaro’s resignation from the legislature, and likened his style to the GOP nominee.
New Hampshire state Rep. Al Baldasaro spoke with WRKO radio about Clinton and the Benghazi terrorist attack.
Baldasaro said that as a veteran of two foreign actions – Desert Shield and Desert Storm – and a father who had also sent a son to war – Clinton’s actions as Secretary of State were a disgrace.
Republican delegates savaged Hillary Clinton Tuesday by breaking into angry chants of “lock her up” and “guilty” as New Jersey Governor Chris Christie laid out a criminal-style case against her.
“I’m a military man first, and anyone who takes information about our Central Intelligence Agency or Secret Service and people at our embassy and puts it out on a server where anyone can grab it, putting Americans in danger to be killed, should be held accountable”.
The FBI earlier this month recommended no charges be brought against Clinton and the U.S. attorney general followed that recommendation.
In a statement, Clinton campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Palmieri tied Baldasaro’s remarks to Trump’s “constant escalation of outrageous rhetoric” and said the Republican nominee’s “overtaking” of the GOP endangers “mainstreaming the kind of hatred that has always been relegated to the fringes of American politics where it belongs”. “What makes her above the law?”
For its part, the Trump campaign, through its spokesperson Hope Hicks, told NH1, “We’re incredibly grateful for his support, but we don’t agree with his comments”.
Jennifer Horn, chair of the state Republican Party, quickly denounced Baldasaro’s comments, calling them “appalling”.
“Baldasaro’s well known at the State House for being blunt, a style that he brought to his campaigning for Trump the past year”.

Clinton Communications Director Jen Palmieri said in a statement: “Donald Trump’s overtaking of the Republican party – and his constant escalation of outrageous rhetoric – is in danger of mainstreaming the kind of hatred that has always been relegated to the fringes of American politics where it belongs”.
