Clinton cancels events after pneumonia diagnosis
Hillary Clinton says she is “feeling fine and getting better”, as she recovers from pneumonia at her home in Chappaqua, outside New York City.

Monday night during a phone interview on CNN, Clinton answered questions as to why she did not disclose her illness earlier to the public. “See you on the trail soon”. “On Friday, during follow up evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia”.
Hillary Clinton reassured her supporters that she’s on the mend after being diagnosed with pneumonia and leaving a 9/11 memorial ceremony early.
Clinton unexpectedly left Sunday’s 9/11 anniversary ceremony in NY after feeling “overheated”, according to her campaign.
A video shows her stumble before guards help her into her vehicle. Her knees appeared to buckle under her.
Clinton officials canceled campaign appearances Monday and Tuesday in California.
The Wall Street Journal said that Clinton released a summary of her health a year ago, with her campaign noting that was enough information.
“Something is going on, but I hope she gets well”, Trump said. She emphasized to Cooper that she is “feeling so much better” and intends to return to the campaign trail within a few days. “I don’t know what’s going on; like you, I see what I see”, he told Fox & Friends.
“There’s no other undisclosed condition”.
Asked if the health of the candidates was an issue, Mr Trump said: “I think it’s an issue”. “The American people deserve to know what he is up to and what he is hiding”, she said. Palmieri also tweeted that Clinton’s Republican opponent, Donald Trump, was “less transparent than any nominee in modern history”.
White House press secretary Josh Earnest on Monday said it’s up to the candidates to make their own decisions about how and when to release medical information. He has accused Clinton of not having the energy and stamina it takes to be president. Her team claimed she was suffering from a stomach virus at the time. Clinton’s doctors say she has pneumonia.
Last year, Trump’s physician, Dr. Harold Bornstein, wrote a brief letter boasting that the real estate mogul would be “the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency”.

Bornstein and Trump came under fire last month after the doctor revealed that the note was written in five minutes while a limousine sent by the candidate waited outside Bornstein’s Manhattan office.
