Clinton Cowers In The Face Of Bernie Sanders, Fox News Debate
More than half of registered voters in a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll who plan to cast ballots for Clinton this fall say their decision is more about opposing Trump than supporting the likely Democratic nominee.

Clinton’s decision was quickly criticized by Sanders.
“If there is a bubble burst as they call it, you know, you could make a lot of money”, he added.
“I don’t believe we have ever had one that was actually that close”, said Harry Wilson, Director of the Institute for Policy and Opinion Research. When she was asked about it on Sunday, she told NBC that she had not thought about it.
Mr. Clinton, famously undisciplined during his first two presidential terms, has not provided details about how his wife, the elected president, might fit into a policy-making role in her own administration.
Clinton pushed for raising the federal minimum wage, mandating equal pay for women and protecting unions in her speech tailored to issues important to the Service Employees International Union.
Northern California was Clinton Country once before for Bill Clinton. Also in a recent interview, Trump referred to the 1993 death of a key Clinton White House aide that was ruled a suicide as “very fishy”.
Sanders had hoped for an additional debate in a state that he hopes will give him a big boost in delegates ahead of the Democratic convention in Philadelphia in July. He said the Democratic Party faces a choice of becoming more inclusive or maintaining the status quo. Mr. Clinton did warn against focusing on the negative and to instead, urging California voters to set their sights on the future. For Mrs. Clinton, 52 percent stated they have an unfavorable opinion, 40 percent have a favorable opinion and the same eight percent indicated they were unsure. The SEIU has endorsed Clinton for president. Clinton said if fighting for equal pay, paid family leave, a higher minimum wage and affordable child care is “playing the woman card, then deal me in”.

Campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Palmieri said Monday that Clinton will compete hard in the remaining primary states, particularly California, while also turning her attention to presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump.
