It looks like Demi Lovato and Hillary Clinton have become fast friends.

With his talk of free tuition, unabashed unhipness and calls for political revolution, Sanders has undoubtedly struck a chord with young people.
Hillary Clinton, former co-president, former carpet-bagging NY senator, former Cubs fan-turned-Yankees fan, former jet-setting Secretary of State, she of the gazillion-dollar book deals and multi-gazillion-dollar influence peddling concern … er, philanthropic foundation, the most powerful womanly woman in the world, should be the prohibitive frontrunner for Empress of Everything. Sanders urged his admirers to fight the establishment and dream big.
Only one Democrat has ever won the nomination without winning at least one of the first two states: Bill Clinton during his 1992 White House run. “You’re not going to be outside looking in”.
All the candidates are doing what they can to get support from voters.
“There are enough delegates, enough people standing in the Hillary Clinton corner, to have 10 delegates but they have some people left over the don’t quite make up another delegate”.
Some of Clinton’s allies acknowledge that Sanders has a consistent voting record on abortion issues.
Sanders also took aim at Trump for his controversial comments on race and religion, telling attendees of his rally that “we’re not going to hate Latinos, we’re not going to hate Muslims, we are going to stand together”.
The crowd was largely made up of young women and several told the Guardian they were expecting more from the candidate to convince them to caucus for her. This is somebody I really care about’. He did not have the experience that was needed.
People tend to see Bernie Sanders as the candidate that is willing to fight for them, and not just for himself.
The Democratic race is heading into its final week far tighter than either side expected. Older women are solidly behind her, but younger women – like younger people in general – are more inclined to support Sanders. And, according to upcoming event schedules, Clinton is not even slated to appear at certain rallies in Iowa this week. The question is how many supporters will turn out on February 1 to 1,681 precincts across the state. This support also means that Clinton is unlikely to be able to cast him as unelectable and impractical. Now it seems that the Vermont Senator has mesmerised the voters and he could be a hard contenter for Hillary Clinton after all. says The Washington Post. She said Clinton was “tried and true”.
Clinton’s supporters said she could dispatch Sanders if she adjusted her message.
“Bernie’s got the gumption and the persistence to win and be a good president”, said Dick Champagne, 74, an independent New Hampshire voter who is backing Sanders and volunteering for his campaign after first favoring Trump.
Yet Clinton has been slow in showing how serious she is about addressing the issues of Iowans. “I want to thank her for how fearless she is, how confident she is”, she said of the outspoken singer-songwriter. Clinton’s lead is vanishing faster this time around than in 2008 when she lost in Iowa to then-Sen. Sanders said. “You know what?” “To be attacked for that is, I think, unfortunate”.
The campaign’s senior strategist, Tad Devine, said that over the next few days the campaign will roll out six-second Tumblr ads and send emails and texts to voters it has identified as college students.
Sanders and Clinton will be criss-crossing each other for much of the next week.
Karly Sigmund, a 19-year-old freshman from Altoona, Iowa, said she doesn’t even listen to Lovato – she just wanted to see Clinton – but she’s still leaning toward supporting Sanders.

Clinton’s campaign aides have always been concerned with complacency among their supporters, in part because Clinton started the presidential are with sizable leads nationally and in early states. She was also holding events with leaders of prominent women’s rights and gay rights groups.
