Clinton Didn’t Think Pneumonia Diagnosis Was ‘That Big a Deal’

With less than two months until the presidential election, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump didn’t have to pressure his Democratic opponent to answer tough questions about her health.

Former President Bill Clinton says Hillary Clinton has a history of occasionally becoming severely dehydrated and suffering “the same sort of thing” she experienced when she stumbled leaving an event Sunday.

Clinton’s campaign is apologizing for not giving everyone the full story on the Secretary’s pneumonia, which was initially diagnosed last Friday, and became apparent when she was seen on video barely able to stand on her own as she was helped into a van as she departed Sunday’s 9/11 memorial ceremonies in New York City.

Clinton was also asked about a comment her husband, former President Bill Clinton, made in an interview with CBS News’ Charlie Rose earlier Monday, in which he said Hillary Clinton had had similar fainting spells “on more than one occasion”. Dr Lisa Barback said Clinton was examined at her home in suburban NY and “is now rehydrated and recovering nicely”.

When the collapse first occurred, it was reported by Hillary Clinton’s campaign that the presidential candidate was simply overheated and needed to get indoors.

“If it was up to her, she would be out in the next five minutes”, said Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook. “I’ll be lucky to hold her back another day”. She appears to almost collapse before going into a van.

“I think really only twice that I can recall”, Clinton said.

Her campaign said the doctor had examined her on Friday and reported she had pneumonia.

“Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies”. “She was put on antibiotics, and advised to rest and modify her schedule. And you know I think it’s fair to say that people know more about me than nearly anyone in public life”.

A federal investigation of that issue said she was “extremely careless” in her handling of classified emails but did not recommend criminal charges.

Clinton’s campaign said that she had not planned to change her appearances following the pneumonia diagnosis.

A few hours later, Clinton walked out of her daughter’s home, smiling and posing for pictures with a young girl before departing for her home in Chappaqua, just northeast of Manhattan.

“Something is going on but I just hope she gets well and back on the trail, and we’ll be seeing her at the debate”, he told Fox News. Polls already indicate that most Americans do not trust her.
