Clinton extends lead in race for Democratic vote

Two-thirds of Democrats say they prefer someone who has experience in Washington and can get things done over someone who is a Washington outsider and can change how things are done – a desire that appears to favor Clinton or Biden over Sanders.

Here is a look at the candidates who are seeking the Democratic party nomination for president. Sanders calls himself a democratic socialist and is a member of the Senate Democratic Caucus.

Moreover, when matched against Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson, she doesn’t fare too well.

“Joe Biden should stay on the sidelines, he’s better that way”, said Alonzon McClendon, a 57-year-old warehouse manager in Dallas, Texas.

Clinton backers, on the other hand, are far more likely to use a Fitbit or other wearable device to track their activity levels.

Though Clinton is the front-runner nationally, Sanders has been leading in New Hampshire, his neighboring state, which holds the first primary.

When surveying the candidates’ favorability rating, the previous leader, Clinton, slipped from 80 percent in August, down to 74 percent.

Mrs Clinton is due to give evidence before the House of Representatives committee investigating the deadly 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that killed four Americans.

What’s more, both Clinton and Sanders saw their overall vote share in the Democratic primary increase after the debate.

The aide spoke on condition of anonymity, because the person was not authorized to publicly discuss internal campaign strategy. Barack Obama find his footing in the 2008 race.

That super PAC, Draft Biden, ran its first TV ad two weeks ago with a simple ask: “Joe, run”. Ahead of him was Jim Webb at roughly 15 minutes (oh boy, and he was pissed!), Martin O’Malley at 17 minutes, Sanders at almost 28 minutes, and Clinton at 30-ish minutes.

Moreover, when Clinton was forced to defend her tendency to flip positions on the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement, all we heard from other candidates was silence, even though Sanders has been one of the most vocal critics of the trade deal.

Biden has a favorable rating from 40 percent of Americans and an unfavorable rating from 39 percent.

By comparison, 56 percent of Americans think Biden could win and just 44 percent think Sanders could. Clinton voters are more likely to be satisfied (52%) with the debate schedule than not (32%), while Sanders voters are split between preferring more debates (41%) and feeling feel there are enough already scheduled (35%).

“Our data… allows campaigns to think strategically about who they’re speaking to, what they want to say to them, and then what they’re going to try to get that person to do – what action they want them to take”, explained Michael Horn, senior vice president and chief analytics officer at Resonate. “Clinton is experienced. She’s qualified”.
