The Clinton Foundation disburses funds domestically and overseas, handing out some $218 million in 2014.

The changes aim to address criticism from Republicans and some Democrats that the foundation has created a significant conflict of interest as Hillary Clinton seeks the presidency. As for Donald Trump, Clinton said she didn’t see any problems with his physical fitness.

“When George W. Bush was president his daddy was raising money for the Bush library, ” Carville said.

In an interview Friday, Lugar said the new proposal demonstrated that the Clintons had learned lessons from her time as secretary and were now taking the correct steps to ensure no perception of a conflict.

° Citizens United President David Bossie, who has been probing the Clinton’s since the 1990’s when Bill Clinton was president, is also the head of one of the major anti-Hillary Clinton super PAC’s, “Make America Number One”. Fernando “was too controversial to remain on the International Security Advisory Board, but not too controversial to meet with Secretary Clinton. Why?”

“They’re low-class grifters and gifters at every turn, whether it’s the money they make giving speeches, whether it’s the pay-for-play at the State Department, whether it’s what you just showed, which is they actually have the audacity to release a statement saying if she’s elected, if we win, we’ll actually do the right thing”, she told Fox News on Thursday. “If the Clinton Foundation continues to cash checks from foreign governments and other individuals seeking to ingratiate themselves with a President Hillary Clinton, it would be unacceptable”, the paper’s editorial board wrote.

The sprawling charitable network, founded after Bill Clinton left office in 2001, has raised more than $2 billion for initiatives focused on global health, climate change, economic development and increasing opportunities for women and girls.

The organization continues to defend its philanthropic mission.

“Maybe it would’ve been better if she had stayed home”, said Giuliani, who more recently questioned Clinton’s health, suggesting an internet search of the words “Hillary Clinton illness”.

CNN dubbed those anxious about Ms Clinton’s condition “healthers”, an allusion to the “birthers” who doubt US President Barack Obama was born in the USA. A foundation official said the Canadian group would no longer use the Clinton name.
