The activity at Clinton’s home in Washington came on the day that presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump named Indiana Gov. Mike Pence as his running mate.
Clinton is also vetting Virginia Sen.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren is speaking on the first night of the Democratic National Convention, leading some to believe she’s not the VP pick. The senator is an economic populist and a favorite of liberals who would help Clinton connect with numerous progressives who backed Vermont Sen.
Mr Hickenlooper, 64, discussed the vice presidential search with Mrs Clinton when she was in Denver at the end of June to unveil her campaign’s technology platform. Bernie Sanders during the primaries. A person familiar with that meeting confirmed that Warren did meet with Clinton.
