Clinton: I Would Not Support War Declaration Against IS
Democrats under age 45 support the socialist senator, and Sanders also leads among independents who plan to vote in the Democratic primary.

“I would like to see us have a top-to-bottom analysis of everything in the VA”, Clinton said last week in Iowa.
Congress a year ago passed legislation allowing veterans who live far from a VA hospital or who have been waiting for too long for an appointment to seek care at a private clinic, with the government reimbursing the cost. Both of those were key issues that some in the environmental community saw as reasons for concern with her candidacy, since they said she hadn’t been clear about her positions. We’d be hearing about misogyny and violence against women from every major news outlet for the next decade.
Mrs. Clinton on Tuesday praised the Choice Card as a way to get veterans to a doctor quickly, but said it should not be used to privatize veterans’ health care altogether.
“She’s got everything, but it’s her character that I love”, Clark told more than two dozen gathered at the UAW 838 Hall in Waterloo.
After a prepared speech, Clinton was peppered with questions on the Irar War, ISIS and how she would actually deal with the backlog of requests at the VA.
“That’s what she and her socialist friend Bernie Sanders are going to advocate for … and I’m going to stop it.” he added.
Veterans groups immediately responded to Clinton’s remarks.
They point to a recent interview where Clinton said this about the Department of Veterans Affairs: “It’s not been as widespread as it’s made out to be…”
Vermont independent Sen. Bernie Sanders, Clinton’s top rival for the Democratic nomination, served on the Senate Veterans Committee and helped pass a bill with Sen. Also participating in the Des Moines Register-sponsored encounter will be former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, who was backed by only 5 percent in The NY Times/CBS News poll.

In the shorter term, Clinton said there is a “very high hope and expectation that there can be a new, ambitious, lasting global climate agreement” that would emerge from weeks of worldwide negotiations in Paris this December.
