Clinton interviewed by the FBI about private email server
On Saturday, Hillary Clinton was grilled by FBI officials for almost four hours in what was initially viewed as lead up to a coming recommendation by the agency to indict the former Secretary of State for endangering American national security secrets through gross negligent and a nefarious bid to shield her data from federal Freedom of Information Act requirements.

The presumptive Democratic presidential candidate was quizzed by agents over her use of the server as secretary of state, but her campaign insisted that the interview – part of a year long probe – was expected and is unlikely to lead to a prosecution.
An aide said the interview occurred at Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters in Washington Saturday morning and lasted approximately three and a half hours.
Agents have already interviewed top Clinton aides including her former State Department chief of staff Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, a longtime aide who is now the vice chairwoman of Clinton’s campaign.
Hillary Clinton’s Republican rival in the White House race, Donald Trump, tweeted on Saturday that it was “impossible for the Federal Bureau of Investigation not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton”.
“The Hillary Clinton that I’ve gotten to know well and the Hillary Clinton that the voters of NY got to kick the tires on very well, they have always said and consistently said that we trust her”, Perez, another vice presidential possibility, said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press”. It also serves as a reminder of Clinton’s negatives to voters already skeptical of her trustworthiness.
“They did not discuss the Department of Justice’s review”. Former President Bill Clinton spoke with Lynch during an impromptu meeting in Phoenix, but Lynch says the discussion did not involve the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email use as secretary of state. Clinton immediately gave a television interview in which she denied wrongdoing and repeated an acknowledgment she had slipped into a speech last week on the same day Sen.
Clinton reiterated that she “never received nor sent any material that was marked classified” while she was secretary of state.
The hyperbolic billionaire real estate tycoon and reality television star who pole vaulted past the competition in the Republican Primary to become the single least popular presidential candidate in United States history followed closely behind by Hillary Clinton who rates as the second worst politician since public opinion polling began in 1964 may be right in saying “the system is totally rigged!”
The long-awaited interview came as federal officials were expected to soon wrap up their investigation into Clinton’s personal email setup during her stint as US secretary of state. He’s more unpopular than Clinton is and his poll numbers are sliding.
Not helping the trust campaign: the Bill Clinton-Loretta Lynch meeting. Her campaign and allies have been airing millions of dollars’ worth of ads against him, many highlighting his impolitic statements about women and minorities – two groups that are backing Clinton by large margins. “For raising money, Number One, he does that”.
It’s a powerful symbol of the presidency that Obama appears happy to confer upon his preferred successor. When he’s with them he’s so good, ” said John Morgan, an Orlando attorney and longtime Clinton fundraiser.
The meeting happened as Lynch’s plane sat Monday on the tarmac of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport after Clinton attended a fundraiser for his wife’s campaign in the Phoenix area, a campaign source tells CNN’s Brianna Keilar.
“Take a look at what happened w/ Bill Clinton”.

“I think that he can be very helpful, particularly with Democratic voters and some independent voters who have doubts”, said David Axelrod, the chief architect of Obama’s 2008 race for the Democratic nomination against Clinton. His use of the word “voluntary” indicates that Clinton was not subpoenaed for the interview.
