Clinton: Police Shooting of Terence Crutcher is ‘Unbearable’ and ‘Intolerable’
The pivot was delayed, first by Clinton’s pneumonia diagnosis earlier this month, then this weekend, when bombings in NY and New Jersey yanked national security back to the forefront of the campaign, and as protests in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Charlotte, North Carolina have broken out over the deaths of two more black men at the hands of police. “And it needs to be intolerable”.

She also mentioned the police officers targeted in Philadelphia last week and protests in North Carolina that left several police officers injured.
According to CNN, Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager explained that when Hillary said she wanted to “speak directly to white people” she meant that she wanted to explain how different ethnic groups were treated differently in the United States.
“Hillary has invested in me, believes in me and supported me”, Somoza said.
Clinton said at least 60 percent of people living with disabilities are not in the workforce and that she proposes creating new partnerships with businesses so more people with disabilities get jobs. There were errors in previous Washington Post stories, and, you know, look, you’ve known me a while, Brian. This, though, is certain: “too many people have lost their lives who shouldn’t have”.
This is not the first time Clinton has condemned the police shootings of unarmed black Americans.
Jones said that he was in her space and making these statements as “respectfully” as he could, to which Clinton responded sharply, “Respectfully, if that is your position, then I will talk only to white people about how we are going to deal with the very real problems”.
The Democrat continued her tour of key swing states – she appeared in Pennsylvania two days earlier – in the week leading up to her first debate against Republican Donald Trump Monday at Hofstra University.
In a speech focused on helping people with disabilities thrive in the US economy, she pointed to the Oklahoma and North Carolina shootings at the start of her remarks. “I have no trust in Hillary”.
“Everyone is very polite and I leave my business card and ask them to get back to me”.
Last April, Clinton said it was time for Americans to discuss the “hard truths” about race in the U.S.at a speech at Columbia University in NY.
“This young officer, I don’t know what she was thinking”.
“Every day our police officers across this country are serving with extraordinary courage, honor and skill”, she said. She also called for improved policing, “to go right at implicit bias”.
Clinton’s weakness is among millennial voters across the board – many of whom have told pollsters they are gravitating toward Libertarian Gary Johnson and Green Party nominee Jill Stein.
“There is still much we don’t know about what happened in both incidents”, she said.

Instead, she focused on a positive message, one the campaign has admitted was sorely necessary after a summer largely focused on trying to make Trump an unacceptable choice.
