Clinton regrets calling Trump supporters ‘deplorables’
Democratic pollster Patrick Caddell told Breitbart News that he senses that the race is settling with neither the Clinton nor the Trump campaign able to break out of the current deadlock.

U.S. Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton, not feeling well, abruptly left a NY ceremony Sunday commemorating the 15th anniversary of the 2001 terrorist attacks, but her campaign later said she was “feeling much better”.
Now Clinton is sure to face new questions about whether she’s physically fit for the presidency.
Clinton was clearly keen to shrug off her brief malaise – but it could lead voters who have so far ignored the health rumours to watch her a little more closely.
The physician said Clinton has had an allergy-related cough, and that during a follow-up examination Friday, the candidate was diagnosed with pneumonia, put on antibiotics, advised to rest and modify her schedule.
NBC News-Wall Street Journal-Marist poll said Clinton leads Trump by one point among likely voters in Arizona, Nevada and New Hampshire.
Coupled with the impending release of another 15,000 emails from her private server recovered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the campaign is mired in controversy again. There now feverish speculation in the punditocracy on whether this will cost Hillary Clinton – and how much – although the broad consensus is: not much.
Trump’s remark was reminiscent of a comment he made in January, when he said he could “stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody” but still not lose any support.
With all due respect to Mrs. Clinton, everything she said is true save that last bit about “the deplorables;” racists, nativists, homophobes, sexists, and Islamophobes are certainly America or Donald J. Trump would never be the GOP standard bearer and Republicans would not control Congress and a majority of the states. Clinton stood with NY mayor Bill de Blasio and near the state’s governor, Andrew Cuomo.
In Pennsylvania, Clinton leads by five points (48 percent to 43 percent) and in North Carolina she leads by four (47 percent to 43 percent).
The race for president continues be close with Democratic nominee Hillary R. Clinton leading her GOP rival Donald J. Trump with 43 percent of the vote to his 40 percent, according to the Breitbart/Gravis national presidential poll conducted August 7 and August 8 with 2,348 likely voters. That simply isn’t the case, though, because an accurate portrayal, with print and video evidence, of Trump’s supporters can not be an insult; it is just the truth that most of the “deplorables” are wearing with great pride.
“Isn’t it disgraceful that Hillary Clinton makes the worst mistake of the political season and instead of owning up to this grotesque attack on American voters, she tries to turn it around with a pathetic rehash of the words and insults used in her failing campaign?” he wrote.
Additionally, Trump’s supporters said they were actively monitoring the trends and a whopping 93 per cent said they were “absolutely certain to vote”.
Hillary Clinton didn’t say anything about Trump’s supporters that isn’t common knowledge and plastered all over the Internet and every possible form of social media.
It’s an accusation that Clinton has sought to play off as a “wacky strategy” from Trump and evidence that he embraces an “alternative reality”. “I have just examined her and she is re-hydrated and recovering nicely”, Dr Bardack said.
Neither Trump nor Clinton spoke at the event, in keeping with the solemn nature of the annual remembrance of the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil. Still, I’m not running for president.
