Clinton releases 2015 tax returns, pushing Donald Trump for his
A federal official yesterday said the US Secret Service had not formally spoken with Republican Donald Trump’s presidential campaign regarding his suggestion a day earlier that gun rights activists could stop Democratic rival Hillary Clinton from curtailing their access to firearms.

Trump proposed a mix of tax breaks for Americans and a simplification of the tax code in an economic address on Monday in Detroit. In perhaps the best line of her speech, she said if U.S. Olympians were as fearful as Trump on trade, star gymnast Simone Biles and legendary swimmer Michael Phelps “would be cowering in the locker room afraid to come out to compete”.
Her appearance follows a Trump speech on the economy, also in MI, on Monday. On Thursday, he also spoke to the National Association of Home Builders in Miami Beach, Fla., and decried the Obama administration’s increase in regulations on building properties. “False, I am who I am-never said”. “It’s going to be four more years of Obama but it will be worse because she’s mandated to go to the left, because 45 percent of Bernie’s people – they want her to head in that direction”, he said.
Trump’s perceived violation of political norms – candidates don’t typically call for physically hurting opponents – was all the more striking because the position he was criticizing isn’t one that Clinton even holds. But Trump has bigger problems in battleground territories like Florida, Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, some of which he will need to pick off to have a chance at winning in November. He said that he would continue to do “the same thing I’m doing right now” when questioned about how he saw himself reducing Clinton’s lead. “He hasn’t offered any credible solutions for the very real economic challenges we face”.
In order to boost enforcement, she said she would appoint a new chief trade prosecutor, triple the number of enforcement officers and use targeted tariffs as punishment if countries violated the rules. It said she “understands the complex and volatile world we live in, and she has the temperament to be president and commander-in-chief”.
Her bid for the White House forced Clinton to give up her primary source of income: paid speeches.
Clinton was expected to go on the offensive, attacking Trump and delivering what the New York Times described as “her first full-throttled rejection” of his economic policies.
She stressed her commitment to small-business owners, citing her father’s drapery printing business. She pushed pack at Trump’s economic plans while at an advanced manufacturing plant in Warren.

“When that’s completed, he’ll release the returns”, Manafort said, adding that Clinton’s returns showed income coming from “people who benefited from her State Department term as well“, referring to her time as secretary of State. However, his efforts before the CT rally have been minimal: He made one appearance in ME, cancelled a rally in upstate NY and has largely restricted his campaigning to traditional battleground states like Ohio, Florida and Virginia.
