“He made a deal with the devil”, Trump said.
Hewlett Packard executive Meg Whitman has become the latest prominent Republican to announce her support for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. He described Mr Trump as “deeply flawed in endless ways”.
Republican nominee Donald Trump proposed an infrastructure program totaling more than half a trillion dollars Tuesday, claiming it will be paid by a “fund” that “investors” and “citizens” would put money into. He did win the ratings race and almost 2 million more people tuned in to watch his speech than Secretary Clinton’s.
Republicans are about evenly split on the back-and-forth, with 41% saying similarly while 40% of Republicans saying Trump’s response is “in bounds”. Tim Kaine have a healthy lead over Donald Trump and Gov. Mike Pence following the Democratic National Convention last week, according to a national poll Fox News released late Wednesday.
Donald Trump says he wants to “Make America Great Again”, but Rep. Richard Hanna says his party’s presidential pick is “narcissistic” and “unfit” to lead. “I feel that she’s disqualified herself based on the way she carelessly and negligently handled classified material”, said Dent.
His presidential campaign has appealed to Capitol Hill for support amid the controversy over the Khans, including circulating talking points for lawmakers to use, but has found little support. Comments included notes of encouragement from Clinton backers, and expressions of disdain from some who said they could not understand why a Republican would vote for the party’s longtime nemesis.
Dent added that he was not shocked by Hanna’s break with the party, although he said he himself has no plans to support Clinton.

Meanwhile, the former first lady was also beating Trump 50%-42% in a national NBC News/Survey Monkey poll out Tuesday, a substantial increase since the organization’s poll last month which showed Clinton ahead by just one percentage point.
