Clinton, Sanders, and Kasich focus on region before Super Tuesday
Buoyed by his impressive wins in “Super Tuesday” primaries, a confidant Donald Trump on Wednesday said he is a “unifier” and can expand the Republican party if named presidential nominee as the front-runner tried to make peace with party insiders deeply opposed to his candidature.

Democrat primaries: Will Clinton see off Sanders? .
Trump won Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Virginia, while Clinton won Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
Trump won at least 186 of the 595 delegates at stake on Tuesday, with Cruz collecting at least 101 and Rubio at least 56. He can never bring this party together.
Although Trump has held a solid lead in most polls, Kasich is hoping for a strong second-place finish. “I think a lot of people will become engaged in November, more than they have been in the past, and I think they will vote their economic interest”, Mauk says.
He said: “I know it was a very tough night for Marco Rubio”.
It was a record turnout Super Tuesday for Republicans nearly everywhere. Rubio’s next closest state was Virginia, where he did well in the D.C. suburbs, but Trump still pulled out a victory, robbing him of a major coup. “Donald Trump will hit the required number of delegates within the next two weeks and the race will be locked up”.
“Now it might be unusual, as I’ve said before, for a presidential candidate to say this, but I’m going to keep saying it. I believe what we need in America today is more love and kindness”. Clinton had visited Alabama three times ahead of Tuesday’s election in stops that courted African-American voters. Sanders has won only in relatively small states where black voters make up less than 10 percent of the population.
Sanders had little good news so far beyond winning his home state, and he came out shortly after 7:30 p.m. from his campaign party in Vermont to set expectations for what could be a long, disappointing night.
